Wall decals and other transparent textures/surfaces are wrongly ordered during rendering

Description

The proper z-ordering of multiple transparent surfaces appears to be miscalculated in some instances.

As you can see in the following screenshot, transparent surfaces such as fences and wall decals are rendered in front of the water surface:

I am not sure whether this problem is limited to water only, it might be possible that this also occurs when looking through smoke grenades or other transparent surfaces in some cases.

View a transparent surface such as a chain link fence from under water, for example: while swimming to prison island.

I also noticed this a few days ago when swimming from prison island back to the mainland.


I believe the left is one of those metal towers (dayztv coords 030 130) and the right is the port/dock of Komarovo (dayztv coords 036 132)

EDIT: I want to note that it was really foggy/raining so visibility of the mainland was impossible at the time when looking from above the water.
