I've done a lot of research into this. I'm really not sure what the issue is. My best guess would be something along the lines of an antivirus or firewall that blocks the mods as a false positive, but I've disabled all my antivirus, including my windows firewall, and nothing's changed anything. It's so weird. But then again, I guess if it was my antivirus, the problem would persist even on mobile data as well. I'm really stumped here.

If you get time outs AFTER it has reached the server (Line 7 in my example, note the IP address is the same as the server) then you can ignore these.

If you are getting timeouts before that then it would suggest a network problem at the point of the timeout (You could try tracing the fault by the IP address but probably nothing you can do about it unless it points to your ISP)

Sometimes re-booting your router can sort it out (You can but try).

Can you post a screenshot of your tracert results, may be a chance we can spot something?

If latency is low and there are no timeouts then the problem is unlikely to be a network de-sync problem.

Does this happen with all servers or just one in particular?

This happens only in modded servers, seemingly. Official servers work completely fine. I've run the tracert again and am getting a lot of notifications notifying me of timeouts{F1861472}

You could try a tracert command to see if there are any network problems.

Type "CMD" in the search bar (Bottom left of windows), Then open command prompt (This will open a black window)

Now type tracert [ip address of a dayZ server]

Example: tracert 194.26.183.122 (This is the ZombieToast dayz server)

Look for any "hops" that timeout or have a very large latency, especially the first one as this is the connection to your router from your PC.

I have included an example of one that I did to the ZombiToast server as an example.

Hello SnugglyBoi.
Have you tried to contact your provider regarding to this issue? And do you have a possibility to try a different router on the same network?
Regards,
Geez
