I've done a lot of research into this. I'm really not sure what the issue is. My best guess would be something along the lines of an antivirus or firewall that blocks the mods as a false positive, but I've disabled all my antivirus, including my windows firewall, and nothing's changed anything. It's so weird. But then again, I guess if it was my antivirus, the problem would persist even on mobile data as well. I'm really stumped here.

Can you post a screenshot of your tracert results, may be a chance we can spot something?

If latency is low and there are no timeouts then the problem is unlikely to be a network de-sync problem.

This happens only in modded servers, seemingly. Official servers work completely fine. I've run the tracert again and am getting a lot of notifications notifying me of timeouts{F1861472}

Now type tracert [ip address of a dayZ server]

Example: tracert 194.26.183.122 (This is the ZombieToast dayz server)

Look for any "hops" that timeout or have a very large latency, especially the first one as this is the connection to your router from your PC.

I have included an example of one that I did to the ZombiToast server as an example.
