I don't know if it is closed with the fact that the problem is fixed and will be released in the future or based on my reaction that it probably doesn't happen anymore..

What I tried, grenades do not register TK at all (or only to a limited extent). You can kill 3 people with 1 grenade without any punishment, without lowering the rank.

This also happens every time when you choose a location to spawn where there is a fight (indicator flashes), the enemy takes it over and your spawn timer is still running. When it runs out, nothing will happen and you can't spawn anywhere else.
