Rain sometimes permanently bugs when playing for a long time or maybe it happens thanks to some rare weather mix like shining sun + rain. I've tried setting the weather in GM mode, but the rain never looks that broken.

I first saw it in experimental 0.9.9.38, but now it is also in the last stable.
