Try playing Sa-Matra instead, i seem to get much better fps there.
But low fps in multiplayer is a huge problem, in singleplayer i get 80-100 while in MP i enter with 70 and it drops down to 30-40 after being in the server for a while.

Same here,competently random and i have to close it with the task manager.

Bind "hold breath" to something else, like the button right of Lshift. Now you can zoom and hold your breath independently.

Arma is a sandbox, even though you might not need a wingsuit in most missions it is nice to have the possibility.
