This is the biggest problem for me, and it is amazing that it was pushed out this way.

Same thing happens to me, even changing video settings will clear it up for a few secs to only have it drop again. I deleted all launch options and it solved it. I too haven't determine which launch option it was.

^^I'll have to try that. I've been having the same problem. Even when I try to change the less full water bottle to my hands it won't work, the 100% bottle is always in my hand no matter what.

-Joined another server, and it worked. Another friend had the same problem. I'm pretty sure it is just a bug. I don't think rest really does anything at the moment, and I believe you are given an indication that you are sick which I didn't have.

First I think it is fine and one can survive as long as you get out of populated areas where everything has already been looted. The constant scrolling is annoying, but a slight indication every once and awhile is good...I would forget to eat if not. Third, you are in the apocalypse and your character is running all the time in the elements, only snacking, and not on the most nutritious foods. You are going to run through it fast.

So if it is changed I think there should be less food and drink spawning then to balance it out.
