Ran up the stairs while being chased but zeds fell through the stairs and got stuck in the shelving on the other side.

I was shown the icon for climbing the ladder on the side of the hospital (North) while inside the office. I didn't try to glitch through the wall because I didn't want to die, but I assume that if the icon is present then you can do it.

I was able to glitch through the walls and go from the inside to the outside ladder. Also it happened in the Electro hospital too. I believe all the hospitals are glitched.
