I was playing last night with all of my gear I had earned from the past 20 or so hours and I log off when there's a zombie about to get me. This morning I log back in and I am a fresh spawn on the coast? What happened here.

The hive was wiped mate, aye. Apparently some vulnerabilities were patched which were allowing players to spawn in items. The hive was reset so as to ensure hacked items were no longer passing in circulation between players.
