If it should be done, and I think ArmA doesnt need it, it should be fair. so no "looking around corners" without sticking the head out of cover. Blind fire is blind fire.
More or less, this is what the Mousewheel menu does. Point at an Enemy and say engage and your mates should attack. I like the way its done in BF2 and partly BF3, but these features are in ArmA, but they arent so easy to access. But they havent, ArmA is played much more slowly, if you play with humans you can use the Voice chat.
An advantage of these communication systems is that different languages doesnt matter..
There are numbers in the scope for zeroing, just use them.

I guess it is planned but not implemented yet.
I can just add, i can agree with 105%.
This "carrot" was nice, now you dont know in which direction you will drive. I liked the driving how it was in Arma 2.
I dont care how it should be changed, but throwing a Nade by one button, that is actually the old gear button, has made me killed about 10 Teammates by accident.
I can understand some people like the recoil, but LMG's in prone stance kick like hell! Its impossible to hit targets on 300m without single-fireing!
