If you're using the old ui, you have to use tools to remove tires, doors, hoods, etc. and you have to open the hood and look directly at the battery and glow plug/spark plug to take them out.
I have also experienced this. I thought it was due to something like a leaf blocking my view, but it even maxes out at 7m if I'm out in the open.
You must shift gears while driving now. Press Q to shift down, and E to shift up. The cars you found were probably in neutral, so all you needed to do was press Q to go in reverse, or E to shift into D1.
This isn't a bug...
I've also noticed that while trying to look through it while holding it in your hands, your screen zooms in on your hands instead of looking through the scope.
I've also had this issue. It looks as if the barrel floats above the ground. Also, not sure whether or not this is a thing, but I've heard that the barrel will disappear if it is in fact floating.
Jerry cans can currently fit into the hunting bag (taking up all of it's space) as well as the mountain bag (leaving 5 slots left in the backpack). Tires are still pretty huge, but you wouldn't realistically be able to fit the tires into a backpack in real life.
I believe this is by design. You wouldn't (and shouldn't) be able to tell whether or not the weapon is loaded without checking the chamber, or emptying it. If it actually is a bug, I don't see it as that detrimental. Also, it's only for guns that don't take/don't have magazines.
I have video (3:02) of this occurring to me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nERbLDz9PA0&feature=youtu.be
Basically, it seems like the tires disappear roughly 30 minutes after attaching them. At the beginning of my video, it shows the car having all 4 tires. The first tire falls off at 00:52, second tire falls off at around 1:41. After 1:50 doesn't really pertain to the bug, it's just RP on an RP server.
