All Vehicles I saw and tried to use, are stucked in ground and it´s not able to move.
The vicles are complete, the engine is running but the vehicles don´t move.
I tried it on the Bus, offroad and the hatchback.

You must shift gears while driving now. Press Q to shift down, and E to shift up. The cars you found were probably in neutral, so all you needed to do was press Q to go in reverse, or E to shift into D1.
