If you're using the old ui, you have to use tools to remove tires, doors, hoods, etc. and you have to open the hood and look directly at the battery and glow plug/spark plug to take them out.

Can you please tell me which tools I do need for the plugs?

I tried the Lug Wrench for the tires, but i doesn´t work.

Wheels should be removable by aiming at them with lug wrench in your characters hands and selecting remove wheel action. Door, trunk door and hood can be removed with normal wrench and the engine parts can be simply removed by aiming at them and using corresponding action.
