When i uploaded this ticket, the website told me that there was an error so i uploaded a ticket without the error, please see ticket posted after this one.

Press w to move forward while standing up, then hold shift to run. While holding shift click rmb to pull up sights then let go of everything, and (for me) this causes the character to walk at a slow pace nearly every time.

I use trackIR myself. Mine works fine. I had to go to option-controls-controllers-enable in the game menu. I presume you tried that already though. Good luck
