Ok I think I can confirm my problem is solved.

Hi, Stable, every server. Though I might have solve the problem myself after days of searching. I deleted a file called clientregistry.blob from steam folder, and I cleared the download cache of steam. Im actually still on same server since 3 hours. Lets take the day to see if it's really solved :)

that one shot from a zombie happened to me once. Now I tend to avoid them at all cost if I cant shoot them with a silenced weapon :)

I see the exact same thing, but with all drivable vehicles.
