Players Cannot Join Server on Reconnect

Description

An alarming new issue has seemingly arose from nothing in the past 24 hours. After reinstalling our server and having an issue with players not being able to join (bad version server rejected connection) that was fixed by Fragnet. Earlier this morning it came to my attention that players can join once, if they leave the server and reconnect, it will not allow them to join via the "stuck on joining game screen" bug. This is happening to every single player that I've tried it with which means our server is slowly dwindling in population because it is not allowing players to rejoin. This is a very bad problem and I'm hoping can be solved very quickly or players will leave our server for another.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Join above stated server
  2. Log out of the server
  3. Reconnect to the server
  4. Stuck on "Joining Game" screen
  5. BattlEye kicks the player for "Lobby idling for too long"
Additional Information

This issue arose after reinstalling our server to wipe it's persistence and character data (character data was wiped by Fragnet).

Hello jakon72 and thank you for the report.
If you get into the situation where you cannot connect to the server any more, does restarting the server resolve the issue?

Yes it does fix the issue, until the player leaves the server and it happens all over again.

Re-installing the server didn't help either.

In rare cases when this happens to me I join another server then after join the one I want and it works.
But recently I tried the method and didnt work on the last occasion, could not join until server did regular restart schedule.
