With release of Jets DLC we intend to make the CAS airplanes (Neophron, Wipeout) more specialized on their role. Eventually stripping them of TLI completely.
If none of this balancing does any good we'll rethink the approach.

CCIP definitely changed a lot regarding KotH jets.
- CCIP definitely shifted the skill curve giving everyone the access to the skill only few pilots had gained after hundreds of hours in the air.
- CCIP's addition has made team stacking far worse. Before the update, a skilled pilot could join the under-stacked team and bring some hope to the game. Now you can get 10 mediocre players to all buy jets and ruin the game.
- CCIP has made MBT's and even AA tanks completely useless. A skilled pilot will never die to an AA tank with CCIP, not to mention that it has almost completely wiped out any tank game-play from KotH.
Good to see some progress on this. Currently I can't justify using tanks due to the frustration caused by this bug.
