I had a similar issue where I got out of the truck while the engine was still on and then died.

I'm still being affected by this problem from time to time but it's much better now. I can join in more server and playing without getting disconnected right after. So I'm guessing maybe my own internet was at fault at the time. Thank you for taking your time looking into this.

I'm having the same issue since 0.53. It seems to happen at random even when doing nothing.

I think the most realistic and practical way is to be able to attach paper on to things and then player just write down whatever on the paper.

so maybe you could try fix it in the same way.

I'm also experiencing the same issue. Mine just shows nothing on both favorite tab and history tab.
