When I tried to join any public hive server, the game stuck at a black screen with "please wait" message at the middle. After a while I got "Connection with host has been lost" message. The symptom is similar to the other case where I had steaks in a cooking pot before but this time I don't have any.
This happen most of the time except for one public hive server which I could join in for about 1 minute and then got disconnected.

I can see that you have been able to create and gear up a new character (60 items in inventory) on the same date as submitting this ticket. Can you confirm if you're still affected by this proplem please?

I'm still being affected by this problem from time to time but it's much better now. I can join in more server and playing without getting disconnected right after. So I'm guessing maybe my own internet was at fault at the time. Thank you for taking your time looking into this.
