This happens with some items.

• Open ammo in inventory, trow away the paper, and the paper stays. You see thte paper on the ground, but it's still a "afterimage" in the inventory.
• Cutting up clothes to get rags and moving the rags in the inventory, the "afterimage" stays.
• Sticks used to make fireplace
