This happens with some items.
- Open ammo in inventory, trow away the paper, and the paper stays. You see thte paper on the ground, but it's still a "afterimage" in the inventory.
- Cutting up clothes to get rags and moving the rags in the inventory, the "afterimage" stays.
- Sticks used to make fireplace
It does not happen every time, so hard to recreate.
To fix, take off the item the "afterimage" is in, and put in on again.

There have been some tweaks which could fix the issue on the 0.62 experimental version. Can you please check and let us know in case you still experience the issue on the experimental version?
