Happend to me too, near NE Airfield. Heared fully Zomb Sounds and start to bleed. No Zombie was visually near me.

Same here. I play at 2540x1440 resolution with an AMD 8350 FX and a GTX 780 from MSI. DayZ is installed on an SSD. I have no critical FPS issue, but still under/at 30 in citys. All Graphics are high/max. If i switch to a lower setting, the FPS increase just a little. Outside of Towns everything is allright. :) Soory for poor english :D
