I can confirm this for Windows 7 and increased DPI/Font size (150% in my case).

Seems to me that #0008244 and maybe #0002275 is related.
Sure a duplicate of #0000067.

I can confirm this for Windows 7 64bit.
Screen resolutions doesn't need to be a specific value. Only the multiplier (125%, 150%) is needed.
Still exists in 0.34.115106.
