When I open the game in fullscreen mode I cannot move the mouse cursor around the screen visibly, I can only click and it will appear where I have clicked. So for example if I want to access the options menu, I have to first deduce where my cursor is on the screen, then I have to click around on the screen just to track my mouse. Then once I have figured out the position of the cursor I can just about guess how I can get the options button and click.
