when those are enabled, it does extra rendering, thus if you alt tab from the game it blackscreens if you leave it without attention for more than 5 mins, forcing a restart.

unrelated really to cards, just Nvidia Freestyle game filters with dayz

disable your filter by choosing Off, and you'll see that you cannot crash freeze the game even if you'll try hard and leave it alt tabbed for 72 hours.
it'll be fresh good. filters are the issue

1. I'm not using anything except steam and avast antivirus during my playing
2. All drivers are updated ( Windows + Nvidia )
3. All game files are ok ( I checked with steam integrity check )
