I like this because it can be misinterpreted. If your running around holding a flashlight that isn't turned on it can look like a weapon. If it's on, then it looks like a flashlight.

Have you tried filling the canteen in first person view? This worked for me.

I was able to fix this issues by reducing my OS text size from large to medium.

Change your text size in windows OS display settings from large to medium. That should fix it
