I just fixed it by verifying the game cache in Steam

I used the nobenchmark option and the game managed to even load the game until the intro movie of the infantry showcase but then it froze and it still crashed..

I have added my DXDIAG and the files in a winrar and uploaded them to this post, hope that it helps Astaroth

UPDATE: I have tried the -nobenchmark option but still no luck, managed to get to the intro movie of the infantry showcase though by a lot of fast clicking in the hope that it would only freeze in the menu but no luck with that either.
