Luckily this is a game, not real life and i always try to play in 3d person in ALL games. It's a feature, not a bug.

I dont know about this... i SPRINT all over the map from south to north without dying. Just stop and drink from the wells, drink and eat plenty until you get a message you are full.

HOWEVER! The food/water values should be increased.. i can easily down 10 cans of beans and still not being full.. a bit excessive haha
