The current version of my graphics driver I'm running is 9.17.10.2932

This is an Intel HD 2000

I did the Windows 8 refresh to get the game from crashing when I go to my inventory or click "Video"...still doesn't work, I hope this gets fixed. I really want to Enjoy this game without crashing.
