What does your error message say?

You'll need to provide more information (describe how the situation occurred, steps to reproduce, etc. so that the developers can implement a fix.)
Note: I am not one of the moderators of the Feedback Tracker. I just happened to come by your post and see that it was missing a LOT of information that the moderators request from players who create reports (unless I am wrong and most of the information is hidden).
