@SaberClash , are you sure it's still an issue? I tested on 3840x1080 (32:9), and it at least appeared on the screen for me every time. It DID move around a bit each time it opened (sometimes left of the cursor, sometimes right align with it, sometimes to the right, but it always appeared on screen fully.

NVidia 1080ti, single 3840x1080 screen but running dayz in a window. (Samsung CHG90 monitor). If you need my whole system report let me know.
