Hi, I have noticed that this issue is also in stable, even in vanilla/official servers. It seems that the headlights themselves may work in projecting light, including turn signals/hazard lights and brakelights, but the bulbs themselves don't seem to light up, making brakelights and incoming vehicles at night (aside from the projected light in front of them) very difficult to see.

This is pretty accurate, the guns are zeroed to a certain range and the optic is offset significantly (high and to the left in the case of the LAV), so there will be a height over bore and azimuthal shift at closer ranges.
