Basic work around, keep crouched and walk slow in buildings, objects still pop but you can see and activete them.

Server problem fixed it for me.

Still difficult to select objects, but first person is slightly better.

There is nothing wrong with this, maybe include to drink water from taps.

I can confirm, it appears that they are not even using PTT either
