There is no arma 3 file in AppData/local, probably because the game hasn't succesfully launched yet.

Tried that, nothing changed and DirectX tells me it's up to date.

For some reason I don't have an Arma 3 Alpha folder in AppData\Local
I tried -nobenchmark, still doesn't work
I tried turning AVG off, still doesn't work.
