Thank you! Yes this has caused me some pain also. BI, please can you give us a view on this?!

@LMB dont believe the message saying it is up to date. But you really need to locate the date in device manager that shows when it was last updated.. i will tey to log on later to confirm exact steps.. but i think it should be easy to find with a bit of looking... :)
No worries we will get there ... i am not by my pc currently.. but what i would suggest is looking in Device Manager.. and then display i think .. have a poke around. Find your intel i5 in there, and then check when it was last updated (should be in the details tab i think).

I have reaponded to your other thread mate..
Intel or amd? What date shows as latest date in your device manager?

The link above takes you to another thread that has more detail about the steps you may need to take..
I am not a BIS support officer, but I am willing to share info on what steps you could take to resolve.
We should all start up a survivors group.. get together and talk about our harrowing experiences losing arma for a week haha
Fckin YES!!!

On the main driver page, I believe you should see 4 options:
.exe for 32bit
.zip for 32 bit.exe for 64bit
.zip for 64 bitAm I right in assuming that you have a 64bit system, and went with the 64bit .exe?
If you tried this and got stuck, you'll need to download the zip to your desktop.
How are we doing so far?

Midnight? Where are you? It's 9pm where I am :)
Sorry, I can see you are 64bit..
Hi, so I am going to assume you tried to install the .exe file. Is this right? I hope so, because then we are still on the right track.
@TheRedNLer can you go to the intel site, and find the page that has the latest drivers that you need? You are going to have to load them manually. Are you ok do find the right page or do you need assistance with this step?
Ok i think i can help but need to attend some matters now.. but in interim please read other threads on this feedback site for intel on how to fix. Otherwise please check back in here in about 3 hours mate. You will be online playing arma later tonight :)
Ok ... when was that last updated please?
This may be because your Intel drivers are out of date.
There is a substantiated theory that users can resolve this themselves by updating their intel drivers. I had the same issue and when i checked my 4600 driver date it was last updated on 2013. The system told me the driver was up to date, which was clearly not true.

Hi .. lots of people are having issues with the fact their intel drivers are very old. There is another extensive thread on this issue and we worked out a solution to this..
Sweet! Seems like there is a manual solution, which is great in the short-term for us addicts, but obviously a stable coded solution is what's needed here.
Hi, I can try to help in the same way I assisted LeFlow..
In T123784#1588938, @attila.kazan wrote:Yes I am on ASUS as well. I am so happy you made it working! @mush,i had the same issue. It never came to my mind that the zip would be the answer if exe didnt work! I will try it out on monday right away. Thank you so much for help :)
Cool .. high fives all round :)
I hope it works for you mate
Ok.. And you are selecting the correct file in the Graphics sub folder, yes?
Bon chance
This outlines the steps I had to take, after downloading the zip, to get the drivers working. It worked for me, and ARMA fired up straight away. I can't say if it will work for you, but your situation sounds similar to mine, so it is worth a try I think..
Ah, ok, so I can't advise on which version you need, but I am a gambling man, so I reckon go for the lestest version. But if you are not comfortable, hold fire and we'll do some more research,
Right, This same thing happened to me.
Cool. So, have you been downloading the .exe version of the driver you need? And are you finding that this doesn't work?
OK, bear with me on this.
Message to all readers .. does anyone have an intel 4000 that had this problem but fixed it? It would be good to confirm the exact version LeFlow needs. I have a 4600 so my downloaded drivers will be slightly different..
Ok .. i think you can do this .. you need to believe :)
Laat .. last :)
Sorry .. the intel 4000 .. not the 740
In device manager when was the date it was laat updated?
Can you confirm the name of your integrated graphics driver and when it was last updated?
I am seeing some good results here which is really awesome.

As I said, the issue is within the Intel drivers, so it might be possible to update it to some newer version that doesn't have the issue anymore.
so, already update it, didnt work. @Bohemia i need an other solution or my money back; of the game and DLC's, please.
YES!!!!! Thank you !!!!!

Win10 might be another solution..
I am going to try to upgrade to Win10 later, as I have had some luck with arma+w10 on another laptop.
Mar 22 2017
Win 7 laptop users too (i.e. me :)
I was hoping that minor update would address the issue. No luck for me...
Mar 21 2017
aaaand, just read the update #00189 - :)
Could I respectfully say that I think we all need to apply some faith and patience here. razezel has confirmed that this is now a known issue, so let's keep the conversation going with him (or her).
Mar 17 2017
I am having the same issue. Since the update both 32 and 64 won't work.
