Me and my friend experienced the same thing. Someone started to talk in VOID and at the same time friends game crashed and about 10 players "disconected".
Don't know what was going on.

I can confirm. Me and my friend muted everyone on the server and it didn't help.
I had it working well outside and indoors, but when the game crashed once. It stopped working...
Might be because; when the game crashed. My 2 gas canisters and the lamp itself all of a sudden where DAMAGED.
