to GIJOE comment, no it isnt related. i got that bug and i switched between 2 updated server.

I<ve encontered the same issues with that wall. (and some others issue number 412 and 1854 are reposts)
here is the video on how i did it. but I also did it by jumping in the wall and going down the stairs.
