I ran down the first stair (with the rubble) in the apartments and was bugged through the wall. I was stuck in a room without doors. One of the walls didn't have a physical barrier and I could just run through and then I fell through the floor on the ground. I was able to glitch through the wall there to get out again.

I<ve encontered the same issues with that wall. (and some others issue number 412 and 1854 are reposts)

Also notice on the second video, the exit door turns into a window, and the elevator shaft entrance closes. An additional but associated bug. Skip to 2:50 and you won't have to watch my failed suicide attempt.
Yesterday my girlfriend stucked in a staircase, she had to log out an relog again, then the problem was fixed.
