If I am right, I found a way to reproduce the bug: apparently it happens when you swap an item from the container (car/box/tent/etc.) with an item from your inventory. The item transferred to the container will then be inaccessible until server restart.

I can confirm this on several occasions; funnily other passengers will not have the lag but will witness the crash at full consciousness...
I would add to this that occasionally player dropped items can not be seen by other players until they exit and reenter the game.

Confim and reported earlier
This was announced in the patch log, as far as I am informed.
I can confim to a certain extent, while it is difficult to explain the exact reproduction procedure. The issue also occured on early BIS titles as Operation Flashpoint and Arma when there was lots of inventory action going on. Maybe this is an old engine issue?
Can confim this for Baraka and Combat sights so far

I have faced a similar issue in 1.04, but came across a solution to my case: the inventory box of your clothing does occasionally not adjust in size and thus hides the stowed item in an unaccessible area (still blocking the slots, and technically still being in your inventory).
My working solution was dropping the respective clothing (e.g. pants or jacket) and the putting it back on. Afterwards the box size was readjusted and I could access the items as normal.

I was punished for changing the server after about 18 hours of break - is this really intended??
I was able to unpack and plant the seeds. However the pumpkins seem to have little nutrition value (I had to eat 10 Pumpkins to significantly reduce my hunger) and chopping thr pumpkins deals severe damage to all blades - this should be checked!
