Stupid naming of BTR-K
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

In Russian language "BTR-K" means "BroneTRansporter (Armored Personal Carrier) Kolesniy (Wheeled)". Taking in account that ingame BTR-K is tracked vehicle, and also the fact that simillar vehicles in Russian Army are called "BMP-T (Boyevaya Mashina Pehoty (Infantry Fighting Vehicle) Tyagelaya (Heavy)", I suggest to rename ingame unit to "BMP-T" or at least "BTR-T".

Fair enought for me. Upvoted.

If anything, the marid should be designated BTR-K.

Assuming that it's Russian-made, anyway.

The marid is a turkish vehicle so it wouldn't be called that
