Physical objects (dead bodies, vehicle) cause breakable objects (fences, lamp posts, that are not of same locality as physical object) to fall down without direct contact. Repro mission attached.
Repro mission recreates this situation and shows the problem: Offroad vehicle is constantly in motion (falls from 1 meter height) and is owned by host, second player can spawn lamp post (which will be owned by him) which falls down almost instantly because of moving physical object nearby. If you spawn lamp post far enough, it will be fine. {F19190}
