THIS IS ON AN OFFICIAL EXPERIMENTAL SERVER. Seems like the vicinity tab, on the player's menu, is staying stuck on the last position that the player opened the tab while doing some kind of action(Reloading a gun is the example i am showing on the video).
If i open the vicinity at a certain spot with items/bodies around, then later on(without opening the player vicinity menu again), opening the player's vicinity menu, on a different spot while doing a action, the vicinity tab will show the items/bodies at my previously spot.

There is also a weird delay to the items being shown in the vicinity. I saw it last night.

You can see it on the dev stream, the fireplace inventory shows when he goes to get bark: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1711106827?t=1693s

This unfortunately made it into the stable release. Still seeing it in 1.20.155766.
I also see it when crafting, e.g. breaking up a long stick. There's a noticeable delay between the action concluding and the short sticks popping up in vicinity,
