VTOL Throttle goes to 100 without user input

Description

When on ground, VTOL throttle can go to 100% without players input. Once off ground, throttle will return to 0. This causes a "bounce" which can damage and destroy the vehicle.

Happens when player is NOT group leader.

Group may have to be in combat for this to occur.

"B_T_VTOL_01_infantry_F"

Join an AI group , ensure you are NOT group leader. Optional: put group into combat

Get in VTOL as pilot

Watch throttle move between 0-100 without your input
