This is most easily reproduced by fighting AI on uneven terrain, especially in one of the wheat fields.
You will at times simply get shot as the AI hides their head behind grass or wheat, because the AI ignores the foliage on the ground and sees you through it.
This issue is especially pronounced when the terrain is somewhat uneven. The AI seems to only consider the ground for line of sight, not the height of the grass or wheat.
Start a combat with AI somewhere with tall grass or wheat, ideally on uneven terrain too

Example using Game Master, the AI starts shooting through the wheat almost immediately, but it has no line of sight
This is also true in Conflict mode, just had this happen today. Took a shot from 300+ meters out in a bush AI were able to immediately ID where I was without hesitation.
I've done this to players and they usually take a few minutes, while the AI immediately knows where I am.
This should be marked at Major since it has a major impact on the gameplay since last patch.
Ditto. This occurs due to the AI skill level likely being increased beyond super human abilities. Once the skills are above super human ability, the AI will shoot out towards three to five mile out objects with a high degree level of accuracy, similar to an anti-air gun but using sniper rifles. Rolling on the ground while prone, will also get you dead far quicker than simply scooting over. Bumping-up the AI skill level is simply a hack for not fixing the high server CPU/Memory resources, and should never be used as the affects only significantly negate game experience for players.
