Since 1.16, when opening chat bar in game, keys typed will affect movement or any other hotkeys in game.
This is very painful for flying, driving, or admin tools.
Before 1.16 we could drive, fly and not be worried about this. It's very game breaking
To reproduce, click "Enter" to open in game chat bar.
Type anything with WASD, H (admin teleport hotkey) or any key that affects in game movements or actions
Your character / car / helicopter will move instead of not being affected by the key typed.

Can you please check if you experience this issue on the current experimental (1.17)? Also, do you experience this issue only on modded servers or does it occur on vanilla stable (1.16) version as well?
