The loading of a weapon (such as a revolver) by hold-pressing a hotbar ammo stack no longer works as of exp. 1.09.153372, worked fine in previous patch.

Steps To Reproduce
- Hold revolver or blaze in hands
- Put stack of ammo for weapon in hotbar
- Unload weapon if it is loaded
- Attempt to load weapon by holding hotbar number for the ammo stack
The character loads one ammo and stops. You must keep press-holding the button to add more shells, one each time.
Additional Information
Previously one could hold the ammo hotbar number to keep loading until the weapon is full.

This bug is not limited to just the revolver and Blaze; I've also seen this happen with the BK-43 and the SKS. It might affect all weapons with internal magazines or multiple chambers.
@weldinclusion you might want to change the title to something like, "Holding hotbar button to reload does not load more than one round in 1.09.153372" to improve visibility of this bug

I had the same problem with the SKS (along with the issues with holding R mentioned in T153569 ). I would want to see this fixed before 1.09 goes to stable, otherwise keep it in experimental.

@tjensen thanks for the suggestion, I've renamed the task. It does appear to affect all internal magazine weapons.
