Still the same issue

Put a used duct tape in hands (condition less than 100% and more than what is needed to restrain hands).
Use the restrain hands feature on yourself.
Use the struggle feature to remove it and free yourself.

The condition of the duct tape in hands moves back up to 100%.

This bug makes other repair items obsolete, as almost anything can be - correctly, by Engineering standards - fixed by duct tape.

I would say that this is a serious bug, people are abusing this like crazy.

This is still a bug on experimental 1.01.150625, needs fix!

Still a bug with latest stable update 1.01.150627.
