Since the update, it's impossible to set the color of area markers in the 3d editor. I'm running 64-bit without mods, and confirmed the issue with another person.

The color menu is there, but when you click it, it flashes and nothing happens. It looks as if the menu isn't being populated with options.

You can set the color of icon markers without any issues.
