same problem here

What worked for me was BACKING into a corner, pulling out my melee weapon, and hitting the suicide motion (F11). It popped me out of the building. hope it helps you! I spent hours yesterday scouring the internet looking for solutions and this was the only one that worked for me.

Try space bar, it may also push you into a action and force you up or over, or through stairs, windows, walls etc.. I was using it today and it helped climb stairs. Sometimes with fists it seems to push you forward. Even on the boat on the ocean.

tried kinda everything..."vaulting", sitting on the floor animation, jumping, running, running while buildings are rendering, punching, shooting, rolling, cant get the action sign for example opening doors,

If you can get a friend to meet you at the same house (I'm assuming it is the green one with the external stairs leading up to the only entrance on the left side) you can have them pass a gun or a knife to you by setting it in a piece of clothing on the floor above the area you are trapped in. That way you can at least kill yourself.

I had it happen before, and had to wait for people to come so I could pass-off my loot to them.
