tried kinda everything..."vaulting", sitting on the floor animation, jumping, running, running while buildings are rendering, punching, shooting, rolling, cant get the action sign for example opening doors,

Yesterday i got stuck in the wall of a building cause i stood behind a door and accidently opened it up and pressed me trough the wall. cant get out plz help
